We are passionate about sourcing from local food producers. Our menu is packed with ingredients from the south of Scotland. So, you’ll find local eggs, meats, smoked salmon, fruit, vegetables, ice-cream and coffee on the menu every day! And, of course, our homebaking couldn’t get more local as it’s all made right here at Soutra!

There are some incredible local suppliers within 25 miles of the coffee shop. This means we can source, mostly, from the Scottish Borders and Lothians. We also have some ingredients from other areas of Scotland and just over the border into Northumberland.
